I have been doing Hot yoga every Tuesday night for 6months now and enjoy every hot sweating workout. For those of you who don't know about this amazing yoga session, it is held in a 105degree room that is also humidified to endless degrees. And lasts for a wonderful 90 minutes. The sweat literally pours out of you. It is 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that leaves you feeling detoxified and feeling splendid. The heat helps your muscles relax and you are able to move into deeper stretches that you would not normally be able to get into. I love love love it. A must try for anyone.
