Today was the perfect soup weather. Cold and rainy. I found this recipe in one of my magazines and have been wanted to try it out, I was just waiting for the right day. This gives just plain tomatoe soup and little twist. I had for lunch, but if you wanted to have it for dinner you would also need something else to go with it.
1 can Campbell's Healthy request tomato soup mixed with 1can skim milk instead of water
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chichpeas
1/4 cup corn
I heated the soup up then add other ingredents and let them warm for about 4min. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
