Head Cold?

What is this you ask? Only the best miracle ever for a head cold. I first saw the neti pot on Oprah about a year ago and thought it looked neat but never bought one until yesterday. I went to the store with puffy swollen eyes, snot dripping from my nose, and a croaking voice. I felt miserable and was willing to try anything to make myself feel better. My investment was $12 at rite-aid. It's a little scarey to use at first since the sensation is like going underwater without plugging your nose but afterwards it feels like you just flushed your sinus (which is exactly what you did) If you haven't seen it used before, it's probably best you view it online on the Oprah show to see how it works because mine didn't come w/ instructions but I saw it on the show so I knew how to do it.
