Deanna and the kids came over Wednesday to color Easter eggs. Then today I took Kade down to the park where they had an Easter egg hunt. It was pretty chilly out but Kade loves to be outside. He got 7 eggs in his basket with help from mom and two had the special sticker on them which meant he had won a prize!!!!! Since babies should not eat candy, I went ahead and ate all of it for him.

wish we could be in on the fun. I bought an untraditional roast for dinner and that's about all of our festivities...I think I've just had BABY on my mind!
You did the right thing saving him from sugar! I can't believe you braved the Park egg hunt--I used to have anxiety over being trampled when I was younger.
what a fun Aunt you are! I saw pics of you in Deanna's blog...and you are looking good! The tea party looks like it was a lot of fun...good job! Wish I could have been there to raise my pinkie!
