Perfect Pumpkins

I took Kade to the Berry Patch this week to pick out a pumpkin and it was a ton of fun. They have a bunch of activities to do. Kade liked the chicken coop the best and couldn't take his eyes off the clucking chickens. He fed the goats and then we took a hay-ride out to a pumpkin patch, where he carefully looked for the perfect pumpkin. He had his heart set on a 25lb pumpkin, but since you had to only pick a pumpkin you could carry, he got stuck with a little 2pounder. They also had some really smelly pigs. I don't know if it was the smell or all the noise they were making but Kade didn't care for them much. I think it was a great day and we will make this a fall tradition.
