I did my first post pregnancy 5K race this weekend with a couple of my girlfriends. I started training 4 wks ago with the help of my sister Kelly, who by the way is a great runner herself, but also a great trainer with lots of running tips. My goal was to do it in 28min, but I did it in just over 25min. I was really happy with this time, competition always does help to speed me up a bit. It was a great race though, the couse was along the Boise Greenbelt which runs along the river. I had a great time and am excited for my next race!
